OMAS is a self-described Neo Street Expressionist who describes his work as "Not fine art, but not street art either. It's somewhere in the middle."
He describes his original works as an "OMAS, Basquiat, Picasso, Warhol smoothie." You can be the judge of that.
Creatively original, each piece of pottery strikes a chord with the viewer. Colors, sizes and shapes to fill any need, all pieces are as practical as they are beautiful ! A welcomed addition to any home, these pieces are easily paired with paintings to create a custom vignette.
Erin Alstrom is a fluid artist in Fresno, California. Each abstract piece is singularly unique and expressive. They "speak" to the viewer and create connection in both the smaller details and the larger scope of the piece.
Marilyn Torchin is a versatile artist who works in many mediums and styles, Among her work one can find bright flowers heavily textured and thick with paint; delicate watercolor plein air paintings depicting landscapes found in the San Joaquin Valley and surrounding areas; as well as modern abstract paintings on canvas.
With a Masters of Fine Arts in Fiber Art, Cathy Varvis-Griffin adds a variety and dimension of art to the gallery that is uniquely her own. Known for her original shifu (weaving with paper in a traditional Japanese style) creations that are functional and decorative.
In addition, Cathy has a style of painting with dye on silk organza and using her sewing machine as she would a pencil to delineate and add detail, movement and dimension to her work.
Mihir Kayal is a gallery artist located in Kolkata, India. His work is unique and modern. It consists of figures placed in abstract settings, images of fish or geese, or strictly abstract images in a style that is completely is own. His work is created on canvas paper and is un-matted and unframed..
Working primarily in acrylics, Diane's paintings range from ocean scenes to abstracts, sunsets to sunrises. Themed by nature her work is colorful and emotional.
Additional work includes sculptures inspired by nature and constructed with recycled materials including wood, plaster, wire and metal.
Wire wrapped jewelry utilizing semi-precious stones and original designs by Pam Wilson, the rings, bracelets, earrings, and necklaces are great accents to a jewlery collection and make wonderful gifts of wearable art.
My art tends to focus on women and expressing their experience. I wish for women to be able to share their minds--even the dark parts. Art is a way to express our personal emotions that we can't talk about in a way that others can feel or even as a release of our anger and depression.
Local Plein Air artist Randy Viger presents his images of the Central Valley and Yosemite. Working in oil while on location Randy's work includes vineyards, foot hills and many recognizable vistas of the area.
Original rustic creations in pottery, work by Daniel Roberts varies between small colorful imaginative sculptures and functional ramen bowels. His body of work is ever changing and truly unique.
With limited sight but legally blind, local artist Cristina Pablo creates drawings and paintings to help support herself. Faces with resource struggles, Cristina creates her art using materials available to her to express her inner thoughts. Cristina works at promoting her art and from time to time has had opportunities to show some of her larger framed paintings in small galleries. Studio 74 maintins a limited supply of her work as it becomes available.
